Great seeing Watch : Citizen Women's EG2344-51A Eco-Drive Silhouette Two-Tone Watch

I ordered this watch as a gift for a friend. I previously purchased (and reviewed) a distinct citizen Eco-Drive watch, and based on my good contact with that item, I purchased this one.

The watch is heavy for its size, which suggests a solid quality. The watch is quite a bit smaller than I expected, but not "dainty" small. However, it is certainly a feminine sized watch.

There is no date or day display, and no second hand.

The water resistance rating is defiant only, meaning not suitable for submersion (nor for bathing, swimming, or showering), only for the occasional splash. This is consistently incorrect in the data panel.

While it is 2-toned (silver and gold tones) the silver is certainly predominant, and the gold serves as an accent tone. Neither metal is pure.

It is an spicy and feminine watch, well made and durable. I would classify it as enterprise casual up to slowly dressy.

Adjusts to fit smaller wrists : Citizen Women's EG2382-51A Eco-Drive Silhouette Crystal Accented Gold-Tone Bangle Watch

I bought this as a gift. In concept, I don't like battery watches, in fact I have a drawer full of watches with dead batteries. The habitancy Eco-Drive line promises years of maintenance free usage which is a big plus. This single model is a fairly thoughprovoking women's dress watch with a rather delicate slimness. It is favorable for dress or everday wear though I do not know how durable it will be in the long term. The band (like all metal bands of this type) requires fitting by a jeweler. The links are Very tiny, so I would not suggest do it yourself re-sizing unless you have the allowable tools (unless you want a broken watch band). The face of the watch is surrounded by ersatz diamonds (of procedure at this price they are not real), which are quite nice in appearance. The face is cleanly styled with a plain white background and gold hour and dinky hands (there is no second pointer). For the price, quite a nice dinky watch, very favorable for a mid-range cost gift.

I had this watch sitting in my shopping cart for about two weeks while I searched online and in man for a exchange watch; I was seeing for something a bit more unique than the stainless steel, tank style Esq model I'd been wearing, while still being a watch I could wear every day.

What finally sold me on it was seeing it in a new issue of Lucky (Jan or Feb 2011) magazine as a featured stock and then researching it on the actual citizen website to make sure the model was "current" (which is where I saw it listed for a much higher price then from this seller, I think around $375.)

When the watch arrived I was so happy with it that I got it sized the same day and was wearing it within hours. It's the exquisite mix of feminine and sporty and in my thought looks more costly that it was; I've worn it with my suits at work and while being out and about on the town. The pink is the exquisite shade, not too much but enough to make the dial distinct. The diamonds are subtle, not too "blingy" which I was worried about. total the right equilibrium of unique and functional.

If I can think of anything negative it would be that the date window is somewhat small, but I like that it doesn't detract from the dial's look.

(Delivery etc. Was just as promised, arrived in perfect,new condition with all thorough boxes/warranties from seller.)

You cannot beat the looks and dependability of this great finding watch for the money. My wife bought me one for a birthday present 18 months ago, and I have worn it every singular day without changing off. I went and ordered other one cause I like it so much. The original one needs a new strap, and they are rather pricey and I do like the look so I just ordered a spare cause honestly, It's the many watch I've ever owned. I have about a dozen watches and this one surpasses them all.
